3v3 strategy · Realtime multiplayer
NiiRo Poker eSport turns Texas Hold’em-inspired decisions into a 3v3 sit-and-go. Ranked matchmaking, private rooms, team approvals and original special mechanics create a tactical multiplayer game without real-money play.
NiiRo Poker eSportWho it serves
For strategy and card-game players who want to make decisions as a team, and for communities organising private or ranked matches.
NiiRo scope
Game-system design, rules and state model, multiplayer architecture, UX/UI, desktop client, release channel and the technical basis for persistent live matches.
What was delivered
A 3v3 sit-and-go with ranked matchmaking, private rooms, team approvals, special mechanics, reconnection and desktop distribution.
A team format needs more than a poker table with six seats. Actions must be understandable within the team while remaining authoritative, fair and recoverable after an interrupted connection.
A deterministic game engine was connected to server-authoritative live multiplayer. Team decisions, time windows, reconnection states and persisted game snapshots are treated as explicit system states.
The result is a distinct strategy game with ranked and private rooms, team coordination, a desktop client and a technical foundation for evolving rules, releases and mechanics.
Product in use
Players meet through matchmaking or a private room. Roles, readiness and the shared start are synchronised before the actual round begins.
Cards, bets, time windows and team approvals are managed on the server. Everyone therefore sees the same valid state and the same next decision.
Persisted snapshots and reconnection states allow a live match to continue in a controlled way instead of treating a connection loss as an unrecoverable game state.
