We turn ideas into useful digital products.
NiiRo.ai designs and develops websites, custom software and mini-games. We connect content, design, technology and operations so people understand the offer, teams can work with it and the product remains manageable after launch.
Three product forms
Which solution fits the challenge?
Not every project needs the same answer. We first determine whether a website, a custom application or an interactive game is the right form – and which content and capabilities truly belong in the first version.
Websites
Brand and service websites with their own visual language, editable content, inquiries, SEO/GEO and an admin workspace that remains genuinely usable.
A strong fit when services, personality or products must be explained credibly and prospects need a dependable path towards a qualified inquiry.
- Positioning, page architecture and editorial user guidance
- Independent responsive design using real content and media
- Multilingual CMS with preview, translation, revisions and rollback
- Inquiry centre, analytics, SEO/GEO and a verified release path
A public website that builds understanding and trust, works across relevant devices and can be maintained internally without requiring code changes.
Software
Custom applications for workflows, planning, collaboration and data, with roles, safe states and an operational model.
A strong fit when spreadsheets, messages and isolated tools no longer represent a recurring workflow reliably, or several roles depend on the same current state.
- Process and data model with explicit states and responsibilities
- Role-based interfaces for the people actually involved
- Validated inputs, error states, notifications and integrations
- Secure operations with database, access control, verification and recovery
A custom application in which information, decisions and next actions remain connected instead of maintaining the same process across several tools.
Mini-games
Playful digital formats where rules, interaction, multiplayer state and the visual world are designed as one product.
A strong fit when a brand, campaign, community or product idea should become tangible through real interaction and the rules must do more than decorate a page.
- Game concept, rule model and understandable onboarding
- Interaction design for desktop, mobile and relevant input modes
- State logic for progress, multiplayer, rejoin or spectator journeys
- Validation, balancing foundation, measurement and a published game build
A self-contained playable format with understandable rules, dependable state and enough technical substance for a campaign, community or continued development.
Systems Atlas
Seven projects, seven concrete challenges.
The atlas shows how different our work can be. Select a project to compare its starting point, product form and delivered scope.

How we work
From an idea to a published version.
We clarify the challenge, users and priorities before design and development begin. The product then takes shape in verifiable steps, using real content, explicit approvals and a transparent route into operation.
- 01
Understand
We organise the objective, users, current workflows, competitive context and available evidence. The result is not a loose wish list, but a prioritised product challenge.
- Your input
- Business objective, current workflows, known user problems, existing content and non-negotiable constraints.
- Our output
- An agreed brief with the target state, core users, risks, priorities and a clear boundary for the first version.
- Joint decision
- We decide which problem is solved first and what will make the initial version credible and useful.
- 02
Design
Information architecture, user journeys, visual direction and technical constraints become a testable model. Critical decisions are made visible before they become expensive implementation work.
- Your input
- Domain feedback, brand material, real content and approvals for the prioritised user journeys.
- Our output
- A robust page or product architecture with core flows, content model, design direction and technical decisions.
- Joint decision
- We jointly approve the structure, design system, core journeys and technical implementation boundary.
- 03
Build
We deliver in small, verifiable steps. Beyond the ideal path, we account for error, empty, loading, mobile, accessibility and permission states.
- Your input
- Timely feedback at defined checkpoints and the agreed access to required services and data.
- Our output
- A functional, tested version with real content, responsive interfaces and explicit system boundaries.
- Joint decision
- Relevant journeys, edge cases and content are reviewed against the agreed delivery scope and accepted.
- 04
Operate
Publishing, editing, measurement, security and rollback are part of the product. A release is complete only when the public version and the operational paths have been verified.
- Your input
- Approval for domain and publication, plus confirmed ownership for content, data and ongoing services.
- Our output
- A published product with an editing path, access model, version and rollback logic, plus documented next development steps.
- Joint decision
- The live version, admin paths, forms, analytics and recovery are checked before the release is considered complete.
What matters after launch
Built to keep working after launch.
A strong first impression is not enough. Content has to stay editable, important journeys protected – and when something goes live that should not have, it has to be possible to take it back.
Yours to maintain
Copy, images and the settings that matter are yours to change – right where things realistically change often. Preview, language sync, saved versions and an undo button keep a small correction from turning into a job for us.
Three multilingual websites run this way, with a full preview and publishing that can be taken back at any time.Checked, not claimed
“Looks fine on my screen” is not good enough for us. The journeys that matter are replayed automatically before anything goes live, then walked through by hand on a computer and on a phone. For every published version it stays clear which state is online.
Every published version carries an identifier, and the affected pages are opened and looked at before and after.Secure and sparing with data
Separate access, confirmed accounts, a second sign-in step, checked input and genuine consent apply wherever personal data or decisions behind the scenes are involved. Public forms store only what an answer requires.
Protected admin areas, graded permissions per person, and analytics that record nothing without consent.Handed over, not dropped off
Domain, hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and recovery are part of the work, not an appendix afterwards. Handover means you know what is yours, how to get in and what the next sensible step is.
The references join public site, editing, inquiries, analytics and publishing into a whole that can actually be run.About NiiRo.ai

- 01
We review the inquiry from a product perspective and match it to a realistic delivery lane.
- 02
You receive concrete questions or a proposal for the most useful next step, not a generic sales response.
- 03
Scope, dependencies and budget range are clarified before any implementation is committed.
